This is a scene from "Reality Check", a graphic novel in development based on a screenplay I wrote.

Our main character, Rob, is a deeply intellectual writer and advocate for people with serious mental health issues. He himself has worked hard to successfully manage his own condition of schizophrenia, surpassing all expectations.

When he comes home from a long day to find his live-in girlfriend, JJ, in a pool of blood, he is instantly thrown into a psychotic bout with unseen voices that attack his mind.
